Download BoA Album - Only One

Only One Original CD Cover

This is the most recently released album by BoA, and contains one of my favourite songs sung by her, Only One, which is also the main song on the album. It's upbeat, but still has a full amount of sweetness - probable the best album for lovers of upbeat songs who wish for a bit of a change. In this album, there is collaborations with SHINee and Super Junior members, so those who are more fond of other artists may find this album interesting too.

Pantans Vocaloid PVs

Pantans is one of my favourite ever Vocaloid song composers. They consist of Pantan-C and Pantan-D, a duo teamed up to create Vocaloid music. They create really good Vocaloid group songs, and have even 'put together' a Vocaloid boy group, 'Gensou Airly'.

Pantans' Logo
So why do I like Pantans so much? Probably because of their happy, lovable songs that are mainly aimed at fan girls; their songs singing mainly about love.

Most of their songs are using their made up boy group 'Gensou Airly', and this consists of the 4 Vocaloids KAITO, Kagamine Len, Kamui Gakupo and Hiyama Kiyoteru. My official favourite used is KAITO, as he is presented as sweet and lovely in every video. Girls who like the 'bad boy' are more likely to go for Gakupo, the mischievous 'shota' lovers Len, and the smart, 'Gentlemanly' lovers may tend to go for Kiyoteru. But either way, Pantan makes every character loveable with their own presented features.

A lot of their songs seem to retain the same genre, but there are still different 'types' of song. For example, 'Indomitable Power!!' is more of a 'bad ass' song - for people who like more action, where as 'Have You All To Myself, Summer Girl!' is more sweet, for those who like songs of love. I still find, however, that all their songs are catchy, and a great bunch to add to any collection (although some guys may find them sickening...)

Here is my full list of Pantan songs. Although there is not many, I hope it to increase in future, since I love these guys so much!

1.  Battle Royal Valentine - Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Megurine Luka, Gumi, MEIKO and SF-A2 Miki

Released On: 13th February 2010
MP3: 4Shared
This is a really cute song containing all of the most popular Vocaloid females, and is a prequel to 'Your Highness, My Princess'. It is basicly a battle against time to give chocolate to the boys on Valentine day. I like this song as it's quite upbeat, although it lacks a PV which most Pantans songs also present.

2.  Your Highness, My Princess - Gensou Airly

Released On: 1st April 2010 (White Day 2010)
MP3: 4Shared
My favourite song <3 <3 <3! It's so sweet and innocent, and makes you wish there were more guys like this in the world... the PV to this is also amazing. Although simple, you just melt over those pictures... The song is a sequel to 'Battle Royal Valentine', and is a reply to the girls. It has the same base rhythm as the prequel, but is slower and more romantic.

3.  Indomitable Power!! - Gensou Airly

Released On: 31st May 2010
MP3: 4Shared
This song is one of my best friends favourites, as it's more 'Bad Ass' and funky than previous released songs by Pantans. This song is about them overcoming their difficulties in their various lifestyles, and how they aren't going to be pushed around by others. However, they still remain a romantic side to the song, saying as long as they have 'you' they can overcome these difficulties they face.

4.  The Summer I Can't See You - Gensou Airly

Released On: 29th October 2010
MP3: 4Shared
Another loveable song by the boys, this time being soothing and peaceful. I didn't know about this song until quite later on compared to their other songs, but it's still nice if you want something calming. I do think the pictures could be better, as they can't really compare to the contents of other PVs. It goes on about the boys not having the courage to go and see their secret crush over the summer, and although you can get jealous of the girl they represent as their crush (lol), it's still reminiscent on past experiences that everyone's had in their life.

5.  Brilliant◇Diamond - Gensou Airly

Released On: 18th March 2011
MP3: 4Shared
Another song by the boys. This theme is a lot more similar to indomitable powers than their others, and is very hard to type! Lol...

6. Borderline and Innocent - Gensou Airly

Released On: 10th May 2011
MP3: 4Shared

7. Flowers Bloom In The Night Sky, Please, Summer! - Gensou Airly

Released On: 9th August 2011
MP3: 4Shared
I'm not as fond of this song, but it is still about as good as the rest of them. I suppose it depends on the person to what you like really... But it's quite traditional, with a J-Pop feel to it.

8. Again and Again (Because It's Destiny Again and Again) - Gensou Airly

Released On: 20th October 2011
MP3: 4Shared
Another cheery song about a summer romance, fitting also with the one below.

9. Have You All To Myself! Summer Girl - Gensou Airly

Released On: 2nd August 2011
MP3: 4Shared
Another one of their best songs, It's another summer romance song, about a tropical island get-away. I love KAITO's picture in this, although Len's seems a little frumpy.

Want to add subtitles to Vocaloid Videos?

Well, the first task would be to find a decent video editing software, but which one do you use?

I've been looking around lately, trying out the so called 'best' programs to use, and I have compiled a list for you guys to see which is the best to use.
After all, there is only advice on editing the videos, but we need advice on adding subtitles!

NOTE to you guys: These reviews are mainly negative - but as most programs out there are lacking!

1. Windows Movie Maker
According to just about anyone, Wndows Movie Maker is the best choice, but for Windows XP users, it is just about useless for subtitles. The only available version for XP adds text in huge letters across the video, and this is useless when deciding you want to sub an animated PV. It also does not let you edit mp4 files, so you have to convert them before you can sub them. The new version is said to be a lot better, but concidering I have XP...moving on...

2. AVS Video Editor

This video editor is pure genius when it comes to the general program. It is easy to use, and although can tend to lag, has a huge variety in what you do with text. It would be my top pick, but it always comes down to one thing: Price. If you download the free version, it still seems miraculous in the beginning, as it still has a huge variety in features. However,  at the end of your creation, when it comes to converting the video, it places a strange red watermark in the centre of the video - unless you buy the full version. There is also lots of variety in the format you save it as, which can be a big bonus. But unless you're willing to pay for your creations, I'd give this download a miss, or all your end results will end in disaster.

3. VideoPad Video Editor

This video editor is quite good, but hard to get to grips with. People who haven't used the program before can struggle, and it is difficult and lags. The text is also force-ably placed at the bottom of the video. I'd avoid this program - unless you are REALLY struggling for software. It has a good variety of colours, however, and sizing the text isn't a problem. There is also a page on the website, also, where you can submit your ideas for the program. I myself have submitted a comment on subtitle adding. Also, there may be a time limit to how long you can keep the free version - I didn't keep it long enough to find out!

THE CONCLUSION

Don't download software for adding subtitles, unless you're  prepared to pay for full versions of things such as AVS. The free software has many limitations, but it seems that text is nearly always what they limit. I would advise you to get a crack instead of paying, but not only will this damage the company that makes the software, but it will harm you as you can spend hours looking for a version that works, which can clog up your computer and pick up viruses. One thing you could do, is use internet software, but often this can add water marks and other random things you don't necisarilly want. I will add links if I find any good ones later, but so far the results are minor.
Overall, however, AVS Video Editor was the winner for the task. It was easy to use and had lots of variety, they only real problem being the obvious price. It can lag, but that is generally down to your own computer, so when processing videos it is best to have that program running alone.

K-Pop Artist - IU

 Who is IU?
IU
Korean singer and actress,  IU is one of the most popular Korean singers, her voice being cute and unique. IU's name originates from the phrase 'I and You', symbolising we can become one through music. She is often referred to as the 'nations little sister' due to her personality.

At the beginning, IU's talents were less recognised, her actually recognition being the year after when she released tracks such as Boo and Marshmallow. She later received more status - as she released a song for the TV show 'We Got Married' with 2AM's Seulong, and later even more when she began acting in popular TV dramas such as 'Dream High' in 2011.

IU is one of my favourite Korean Singers, 3rd of BoA and SHINee. She has a really sweet voice that really brings out my inner fangirl (LOL). She is a real fresh sound to the K-Pop industry, and I hope to see a lot more of her about, (especially being one of my favourite characters in my favourite drama...). I find her songs are really delightful - and would advise any lover of cute to listen to her songs :)

Celebrate x

Another editors message here, telling you of the sites progress.

Panda <3
I've edited the blogs directory a little to make it easier to navigate around. It just means there are quite long lists on the main pages...   If  I have missed off anything important, feel free to leave a comment so I can add it in - the help would be appreciated :)

Angel bunny <3
I can't make this message too long as my computer may die, and I may struggle     to post for the next few days as my parents have taken my laptop charger for travelling with me laptop (may I ask why?? I always travel with it, and now they've suddenly decided I wasn't to use it when I'm away?? WHY???)

Cutey Elephant

But it's my sweethearts birthday today, but sadly I can't see him, so I've sent him a nice long message and will try and bake him shortbread :3  Yum Yum <3

Fluffy Creature
And lastly, it seems as if I'm going to have to wait longer for this blog to be any more noticed. I have a few random flags in the flag counter, but nothing special as they all seem to be people of a language that can't read this. I need to gain more returning members, so I might have to advertise somewhere, or message people on Crunchyroll or something (not that I go on there much any more...)

Sheepy
For people who read this, thanks very much :) please try the new directory and see if    it is better or not. If any links are broken, feel free to email me or comment.

JITTER DOLL - Vocaloid PV

There are absolutely loads of Vocaloid songs and PVs, but I'd like to introduce you to a really good one - JITTER DOLL!

It is a really upbeat song with a PV that is quite down-scale - but attracted me as of its complexity...and of course because it was catchy. There are multiple Vocaloids who have covered this song, all who have done so incredibly well, my favourite being Gakupo V3's version.

Original Song
Name: JITTER DOLL

Vocals: Lily
Release Date: 25th February 2012
Composer: niki
Arrangement: niki
Lyrics: niki
MP3:  4Shared

English Lyrics:
Gazing at a droplet when the rain recedes,
The right eye connects to a power adapter,

Disorder, disorder,  With this temperature,
Everything seems to melt,
Go, go, With this hologram,
To a world filled with melancholy,

And I am manipulated, manipulated,
What can you see in that world,

The abnormal level of subconscious noise,
Humans, yes, still call this love,
There is no one who has not been granted with love,
In this world of love and being loved,

Install the repeating history,
And a whitish blue flash of thunder drones,
Connect, connect,  With this cord to a world filled with conflicts,
Dye, dye,  With a parasite ,
Into the bloodstream,

And what can you see, what can you see,
A flash of light breaking the sky,

The mad, uncertain power source,
Humans, yes, still call this life,
There is no one who anguish in tears,
In this world of protecting and stealing lives,
Believe...

A trace of miracle in the clearing sky,
A trace of heartbeat in the blooming puddle,
Wake up, wake up,
The rusting gears start to move,
Connect...

Those who hold life,
Humans, yes, still call them humans,
There is no one who anguish in tears,
In this world of protecting and killing people,

The abnormal level of subconscious noise,
Humans, yes, still call this God,
There is no one who bemoan with a withered voice,
In a world that can be salvaged while believing in God,
Believe...

Japanese Lyrics: JITTER DOLL Romaji Lyrics

Obviously, I also mentioned the different versions of this song. I'll post them below. Please take a listen :)

Cover: Kagamine Len

I found this cover really good, as it was clearer than most but still quite deep. It also has the full PV attached.
MP3: 4Shared

Cover: Kamui Gakupo V3 Native

This one is my favourite. Although his voice is not as loud compared to the music, his tone really suits the song, being is all deep and husky.
MP3: 4Shared

Cover: UTAUloid's Ritsu Namine

This is one of the most popular covers of the song. UTAUloid is a really hard program to get voices spot on, but the person who created this used the mascot's voice in a lower octave - making it (in my opinion) one of the best UTAUloid covers made. By the way, before anyone asks - Ritsu is in fact a guy who dresses as a female...
MP3: 4Shared

So, now they're all down...which one is your favourite? I know there is tough competition, but I suppose everyone will have their fave :)

Marshmallow by IU

Although this song was release quite a while ago, it's my new current addiction. Charming, sweet and upbeat, I adore it!

This is my type of Music Video, as it is an addicting song, without anything aimed at girls that's suggestive (they should save it for the guys...). Here is the video on YouTube:

 Sung by: IU
Release Date: 12th November 2009
Album: IU...IM (IU's Second Mini Album)
Genre: K-Pop
MP3 Download: 4Shared
Featured In: Dream High
Korean Lyrics: Marshmallow Romaji Lyrics

English Lyrics:
It's so soft, soft, soft, soft,

You're special,
And perfect. You've been analysed and compared,
And you're different from the others (definitely boy~),

I am wretched,
And insufficient,
Oh silly me,
Am I staring at you again?

Why am I doing this?
 While thinking about you,
La La Oh La,
I could fly to the sky,

What should I do? You are walking towards me,
Then all I hear is "blah, blah",
I can't hear any of your words,
The time goes tic-tock tic-tock.. Then it stops!

Marshmallow!
Marshmallow!
It's so sweet...

Marshmallow!
Marshmallow!
Could this be love?

It's so soft, soft, soft,
It's just so soft,
Girl girl, baby girl,
Clap, Clap and let it go!
Plump like a jelly,
Soft like a cookie,
Boy boy, baby boy boy, (It's a marshmallow!)

I'm shy,
And worrisome,
When I think about you,
my face turns red.

Why am I doing this?
While thinking about you,
La La Oh La
I could fly to the sky,

What should I do?
You're walking towards me, (say what?)
Then you ask for a date, (oh gosh!)
I'm addicted to your voice,
Everyone, Shhh! So I can hear!

Marshmallow!
Marshmallow!
It's so sweet,

Marshmallow!
Marshmallow!
Could this be love?

It's so soft, soft, soft,
It's just so soft,
Girl girl, baby girl,
Clap Clap and let it go!
Plump like a jelly,
Soft like a cookie,
Boy boy, baby boy boy,

I must've slept,
When I opened my eyes,
Everything was gone like a dream,
I'm gonna sleep so I can meet you again...

Marshmallow!
Marshmallow!
It's so sweet,

Marshmallow!
Marshmallow!
Could this be love?

It's so soft, soft, soft,
It's just so soft,
Girl girl, baby girl,
Clap Clap and let it go!
Plump like a jelly,
Soft like a cookie,
Boy boy, baby boy boy!

IU on a Rocking Horse
I absolutely adore this music video! The giant Marshmallow man is ever so cute...you just want to go up to it and squish it <3 My only problem is that there isn't enough pictures of it on the internet... I only found a couple of icons in Google...boo... I hope IU creates many more songs like this, because she is really unique to other artists who just try to produce the best dance track they can.

But trying to ignore my super fan girl outburst, what does everyone else of IU's video? What other tracks of hers do you like?  Opinions?
